Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has recently released an advertisement for allotment of various flats of various types under the development scheme. The types of the flats which are available of allotment are MIA, LIG, and EWS Flats.
The important dates for the allotment scheme are :
Scheme Starting Date : 1 November, 2011
Scheme Closing Date : 30 November, 2011
The above is the copy of advertisement which have been published by GDA Authority.
The flats which are available for the allotment are the fixed in the various parts in the Ghaziabad area like Tulsi Niketan, Indraprastha, Nandgram, Swarna Jayanti Puram, Vaishali, Vaishali Apparments and Pratap Vihar.
All the above details are also mentioned in the above advertisement. The more details of flats / apartments related to different schemes are also being mentioned in the advertisement. The allotments of the flats / apartments depends on the draw or lottery system which will be conducted by the Ghaziabad Development Authority on the draw date which will be decided by the authority only. The draw result for the allotment will also be published by GDA on the results page. On result page of gdaghaziabad.com you can get the result (only after declaration of result) after submitting the application number and selecting your scheme with code and name. The draw result date for the allotment will be announced by the authority
In the mean time, if you have registered for the GDA LIG / MIG/ EWS Flats / Apartments then you can check the status of your registration from the link http://www.gdaghaziabad.com/schemes_status.php . For check the status as well you need to have the application number which will be mentioned on the form of your application form and by selecting the scheme for which you have applied.

The draw will be held in GDA Office at 11 am on 27th August. This will be a computerised draw and the information was given in their website in the first week of this month. If you are in delhi, you can go to gda office for witnessing the process of draw.
